What's Needed to Join

1. A genuine professional or personal network — in business, government, education or industry — that trusts your judgement.
2. The ability to have one honest conversation about value — this is introductions, not a hard sell.
3. A way to stay in touch with your contacts — phone, email or WhatsApp. CRM or data tools are a bonus, not a requirement.
4. Comfort working independently, on a commission-only basis — this is not employment.
5. Discretion. Many Dealmakers build this quietly alongside a full-time role or existing business.

How Commission Works

You earn commission on every delegate who books a Peakford programme through you, calculated as a percentage of that delegate's seat price. There's no cap — on how many deals you close, or on what you earn in a month.

Your exact commission rate is confirmed when your application is approved, so you always know precisely what a deal is worth before you make the introduction. Commission is paid out once the delegate's booking is confirmed and paid.
